The Missing Link - DSM confusion

Progress in rebalancing of press platform relations in EU are treatended by ambiguity in the scope of two key sections of the legislation, according to Cees Van Koppen of the Dutch publishers association. At a PDLN seminar on 27th October Cees showed how confusion over protection of links, and whether or not they are excluded opens the door for opponents of the legislation in the country level implementation to water down the legislation.
