Cision have continued their acquisition roadmap with the purchase of Meltwater spin off Trendkite for $225m. This deal - announced 23rd January - is the twelfth purchase since the Cision - Vocus restructure. Whether they will - or need to - integrate the resulting rather diverse portfolio before they float or sell the main company remains to be seen.
