EU offers e37m for media monitoring service. Are they licensed?

The European Commission is currently searching for agile, flexible, and future-oriented companies to assist with its monitoring and evaluation of communication activities. A new call for tenders was published for the provision of impact assessments, evaluations and evaluation-related studies and services in the field of communication.

The Commission will award three framework contracts, each concluded for 4 years, with a total estimated value of 37 million euro with reopening of competition, meaning that the selected contractors will be allowed to submit an offer to all new calls for service.
